RZ-7500 Fabric Cutting Table delivers professional cutting for delicate materials . Built with a robust all-steel chassis, it ensures precise and rigid cutting. A 2 axis fixation steel bar system securely holds any fabric in place , eliminating the need for manual adjustments.
The automatic rolling unit automatically unfolds the fabric roll and feeds it through the 3.5 x 7 meters cutting area .
A built-in lighting unit illuminates the fabric at the start of the process, allowing operators to easily inspect for any fabric defects .
Cutting table unit with capacity up to 3.5 x 7 meters performs automatic cutting through out the layed fabric . Cuts are controlled via 21″ Windows Controlled PC console that is equipped with Risus Machines Cutting Software. Software enables user to manage the cuts via 2D drawing program or from cutting pages such as slicing cut page , cuts over 7 meters , frame cutting for more simple cutting layouts.
Fabrics are fixed in both X -Y axis to the table during cuts .
Cutting unit can be equipped with rotary disc blade , ultrasonic head, crush cut head providing the best cutting performance for wide range of different fabrics used in sun shading systems (such as Soltis , acyrlics , fiberglass , blackouts, polyesters , dual zebra fabrics etc.
